My Top 5 Oculus Quest Games
I purchased my Oculus Quest over nine months ago now, and in that time I’ve played a lot of games on the VR Set. From shooters to puzzle games and everything in-between.
With that in mind, I feel confident enough to give you my top 5 games for the Quest. These are the games which keep me coming back to play. So without further waffle – here’s my list…
One more thing, these games are not listed in any particular order.
JOB SIMULATOR
Job Simulator is on the list as my daughter plays it ALL the time. I think the in-game dialogue hilarious; she loves the gameplay. Performing all the tasks and throwing things around the VR office. It’s great fun for worker drones of all ages!
VADER IMMORTAL
This VR title looks absolutely amazing, and getting to wield a lightsaber in the virtual world is a dream come true for all Star Wars fans. Not only does Vader Immortal have great gameplay but it also has a good storyline. Even if you’re not a Star Wars fan – you’ll still be amazed by this game, highly recommended!
RICHIE’S PLANK
Not really a game, more an experience. Richie’s Plank is the perfect title to show off your VR headset’s capabilities to friends and family. Great fun for groups to play, laugh as friends walk a virtual plank and fall from great heights.
The game also has a neat free roam feature where you can jet around among sky scrappers—best game for big groups.
BEAT SABER
The game I come back to most often. You hold to lightsabers and slash at boxes to the beat of banging tunes—great fun and a decent work out too. Beat Saber is one of the most popular titles on Oculus. Although this game is one of the more expensive titles on the platform (£22) it delivers the best bang for your buck.
GHOST GIANT
The inclusion of Ghost Giant on the list might surprise a few people. However, I absolutely love this game; it’s immersive, fun and visually stunning. This puzzle game sees you helping a little dude navigate through a magical world. Use your giant hands to help Louis in his quest. A great mix of puzzle and platform action that is changing the direction of VR gaming.
